C16 cottage with alterations and extensions. Old part at left of 2 storeys,
2 windows. Tiled roof with large left hip and rebuilt ridge stack. Tile hung
lst floor, brick ground floor. Modern casements with leaded diamond panes.
Plain door under small pent hood. 2-storey, l-window projecting C19 right extension.

Old Gilwyns and Gilwyns form a group.
