Small house or cottage. Probably later C18. Coursed squared sandstone with
quoins, stone slate roof. Double-depth 2-unit plan. Two storeys and 2 bays,
symmetrical; central doorway with plain surround, two 3-light windows on each
floor, all with flat-faced slightly-recessed mullions and plain surrounds.
Cut-down gable chimneys; gable copings. Full-height outshut to rear. Item
forms group with No. 4 set back to the right-hand side.
