Office building, now restaurant. Dated 1903, with mid C20
alterations. Red brick, with ashlar plinth and dressings and
plain tile roof. Single storey plus attics; 2 window range. To
left, an elliptical arched half-glazed door with overlight,
under a moulded brick pediment. To right, 2 reglazed windows
in round-arched recesses, the left one with shaped keystone.
Above, a massive crowstepped gable with 2 cross casements in
round-arched recesses, divided by a central pilaster. To
right, an ornamental rainwater head dated 1903.
