House, now offices. Between 1815 and 1831, with later C19 top
floor addition, altered C20. Cement rendered, lined in
imitation of ashlar, low-pitched slate roof. 4 storeys, 4
bays. Ground floor late C20 rebuild in the style of pair of
c1800 town houses; 1st and 2nd floors: tall sashes with
glazing bars in flush wood moulded cases. Continuous sill
bands to 2nd and 3rd floors.
