Caretaker's house to Board School. 1880. Probably by R.L Adams. Red brick, stone details, slate roof. Two storeys, square two bay plan. South side doorway with overlight, flanking and first floor sashes in moulded brick recesses with keyed segmental heads and moulded brick sills continued as sill band. Moulded eaves cornice, pyramid roof with finial. Right return, to road: paired sash windows to ground and first floors; ramped brick panel at base of eaves stack above, the stack has strapwork and moulded decoration.
