House. c1850. Buff mottled brick in Flemish bond, on stone
plinth, with timber doorcase and eaves guttering; pantile roof
with brick end stacks.
EXTERIOR: 3-storey 2-window front. Doorcase of fluted
pilasters with enriched frieze, flat cornice on foliate
consoles and door of 6 raised and fielded panels beneath
radial fanlight. To left of door, 16-pane sash window with C20
louvred shutters. On first floor, windows are 12-pane sashes;
on second floor, unequal 9-pane sashes. All windows have
renewed stone sills and painted and rendered flat arches
grooved to resemble voussoirs. At right end of guttering,
inverted bell rainwater head with cast-iron fallpipe.
