Shop and flat. Late C19. Grey-cream brick, with quoins and
window arches and surrounds of orange brick; timber eaves band
and projecting moulded cornice on paired brackets; pantile
roof, hipped at left end, with brick stacks.
EXTERIOR: 3-storey 2-window front. Shopfront of sunk panelled
pilasters and plain fascia and moulded cornice between grooved
brackets; at left end, upstairs access door of 6 panels
beneath semicircular overlight; to right, three-quarter glazed
and panelled door between half-canted plate glass windows
framed in colonnettes with moulded imposts and bases. To left
of first floor, 4-light canted bay window with projecting
dentilled cornice. All windows are 2-light cross windows with
timber mullions.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
Included for group value as an important element of this
historic street.
