3/49 Walls to Quaker Burial Ground,
- circa 20 metres south of Loverings

GV II

Walls to Quaker burial ground. Late C18 or possibly C19. Stone rubble walls with
tiled capping. Roughly coursed stone rubble to gatepiers with concrete caps.
Quadrangular burial ground enclosed by 4 walls with entrance on north side. Slate
stone at south end with inscription "The piece of land/was given by/Richard Adams/
to the/Society of Friends/for a burying ground/By will/Dated 28th of 8th month 1782".
