Cottage c1863. Probably by George Devey. Red brick, some weatherboarding, plain tile roof. Single storeyed; three main bays, the central one with weatherboarded gable bisected by prominent external chimney stack. Three casement windows to right, one to left. Canted corner to right hand side. Flipped roof. Three chimneys, one to central gable with two tall diagonally - placed shafts; one to left with tall square shaft; one to right with three diagonally placed shafts.
