Drinking fountain and horse trough. Dated 1886. Granite rectangular horse trough with chamfered base on two granite supports. One end has ogee-shaped granite gable with semi-circular bowl attached. Underneath is a rectangular dog trough set between granite kerbs at ground level. Inscription reads 'Metropolitan Drinking Fountain and Cattle Trough Association'.
