Terrace house. c. 1733, altered. Brown brick, slate roof. 3
storeys, basement and dormered mansard. 3 windows wide. Doorway
to right with cornice on consoles, mid C20 display window.
Recessed sashes, no glazing bars under flat gauged arches to upper
floors. Stone cornice over 2nd floor, parapet with coping. Cast
iron area railings. Interior retains elements of panelling, cornices
and its dog leg staircase with cut and carved strings and turned
balusters. Part of the Burlington Estate.
