Terraced house. c.1729 by John Barnes, bricklayer. Brown brick with
red brick window dressings, the ground floor with C.19 rendering,
concealed roof. 3 storeys and basement as built. 2 windows wide.
C.20 pilastered doorway to left. Flush framed sash windows under flat
gauged red brick arches. Crowning parapet cornice. 1st floor early
C.19 cast iron balcony. Spear head urn finialed area railings.
Intact fully panelled interior with passage hall and angle fireplace
closet wing; dog leg closed string staircase with turned balusters and
column newels; box cornices etc.
