Circa 1850. Estate cottage to Osborne Estate named after one of Queen Victoria's
sons. Italianate style. Stuccoed with slate roof. Two storeys. Seven windows
in all. The end bays project. Wide wooden bracket eaves cornice. Stringcourse.
The end bays have double round-headed sashes on the 1st floor and 3 light sashes
on the ground floor with shutters. The recessed centre has a slated verandah
with 5 chamfered wooden piers. Five windows, the centre one of 3 lights.
Two simple doorcases with rectangular fanlights.
