House, now offices. Mid C19. Limestone ashlar, hipped slate
roof. Double-depth plan.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys; one-window range. Cornice and blocking
course, pilasters, platband over 1st floor, moulded string
course over ground floor. Moulded architraves and bracketed
sills, cornice over a 2/2-pane sash window to the 2nd floor,
the 1st floor has a tripartite plate-glass sash window under
pediment on consoles. C20 shop to ground floor.
