House, with ground floor shops, now offices. Mid C19 (with
vestiges of earlier structure inside), and with C20
alterations. Stucco front with masonry lining, Welsh slate
roof at front, old tiles at rear.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; first floor has 2 recessed sash windows,
upper sash divided glazing, lower sash plain glazed; ground
floor has 2 altered C19 closed timber shop windows with
pierced cast-iron ventilators; door right of centre in
chamfered stucco reveal.
INTERIOR: timber framing in rear outshoots, cellar under main
building with brick floor and red brick walls; part brick
stair with wood nosings.
