House. Mid C17. Limestone rubble, formerly limewashed, with
left-hand brick stack and interlocking tile roof. Single room
plan.
Single-storey and attic; 1-window range. Timber lintels to a
left-hand doorway and boarded door, C20 casement and C20 half
dormer.
INTERIOR: details include heavy timber ceiling beams, a
left-hand rear curved stair bay with late C20 stair, and
collar truss roof.
HISTORICAL NOTE: possibly formerly part of the Three Cups
Public House, Gloucester Road (qv) to the left.
