House. Early/mid C18, extended to rear, refenestrated mid C19.
Roughcast limestone rubble with stone slate roof. Originally
single-room plan, with extended rear gabled range.
2 storeys; 2-window range. A right-hand recessed doorway has
timber pilasters to a shallow gabled canopy with a finial,
3-pane overlight and 6-panel door. 8/8-pane ground-floor sash
and two 6/6-pane first-floor sashes beneath the eaves.
INTERIOR: details include a flagged side passage with a
semi-circular arch, right-hand stair flight with winder top
and bottom, and ground- and first-floor 3- and 2-light
left-hand windows facing the side of No.17 (qv) with leaded
metal casements and round turnbuckles.
