dressings, brick right-hand gable stack and an interlocking
tile roof. Single room plan.
2 storeys; 2-window range. Timber lintels to C20 ground-floor
casements, and a small right-hand first-floor casement beneath
the eaves. Late C20 entrance porch in the right-hand return.
