GV II

House, now house and shop. Late C18 with late C19 alteration;
subdivided in 1963 with C20 shop front. Colourwashed brick;
plain tile hipped roof.
EXTERIOR: 2-storey 3-window front. Plate-glass shop window and
door to left of centre. In centre is a 6-panelled door, with
glazed top panels in plain doorcase: to right, tripartite
window with 1/1 sashes. On first floor, three 2/2 unhorned
sashes. All openings except shop front have plain hoods on
foliate consoles. Platband at first floor.
INTERIOR: opened into showroom, and ground-floor fireplace
rebuilt. Replacement staircase relocated. Some late C18
2-panel doors on first floor.
