House. Dated 1770, remodelled 1864. Painted brick; slate roof with end stacks.

EXTERIOR: Two storey late C18 house with three window bays remodelled in C19 by addition of a three-storey canted bay window to right and left of elevation. Corners of elevation chamfered back under vestigial capitals and console brackets at eaves level. Central three-panelled door with bolection mouldings under overlight fitted with curved and geometric glazing bars. Between first and second floor bay windows, canted balconies with stick balustrading are carried on tiered moulded square-section timber posts with scrolled brackets at the head. First floor balcony has half-glazed door and tablet dated 1770, 1864 and 1900. On ground and first floors, bay windows are fitted with unhorned sashes of 8/12 panes between 4/6 panes: second floor sashes are shorter, arranged 4/4, 8/8, 4/4. Eaves cornice of dentilled and dog-tooth brick.
