Half Crown Cottage

House. Late C18 with later alterations. Plastered and
colourwashed brick; pantile hipped roof with one stack on
north and south slopes.
EXTERIOR: 2-storey 3-window front. Central panelled door under
plain overlight in porch on unfluted columns rising to simple
architrave with a fretted parapet. On either side, one late
C19 square bay window fitted with 2/1 horned sashes, the upper
sashes with additional top margin glazing. Three first-floor
sashes within stuccoed surrounds, the outer ones with 8/8
glazing bars, the centre with 6/6 glazing bars.
