House. c1850. Colourwashed brick; machine-tile roof.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys. 3 bays. Half-glazed door to left of
centre, flanked on either side by a late C19 canted bay window
fitted with horned sashes with arranged 1/1, 2/2, 1/1.
Full-width timber balcony to first floor carried on 4
cast-iron posts. 3 French windows open onto balcony, with
glazing bars and louvred shutters. Saw-toothed eaves cornice.
Over each French window is a gable with pierced scalloped
bargeboards. Partly external stack to south; ridge stack right
of centre, both with twin polygonal flues. 2-storey rear wing.
