House, now offices. Late C18/early C19. Timber-framed and
roughcast; slate roof with a modillion eaves cornice.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys. 2 window range: 12-pane sashes in flush
cased frames to 1st and 2nd storeys. A C20 half-glazed door in
a moulded architrave with a cornice supported on console
brackets. The place of a ground storey window is taken up by a
C20 garage entrance with double doors.
INTERIOR: evidence of a former well in the cellar, which has
rubble walls with some brick and stone, covered with old
render. Little evidence of earlier work inside. The house has
no rear entrance.
