House. C17 and C18. Timber-framed and rendered; plaintiled
roof with a boxed eaves soffit.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys. 3 irregularly-spaced windows to the upper
storey, all 12-pane sashes in flush cased frames. One similar
window on the ground storey to the right of the entrance door.
To the left of the door, a large 6-pane sash, probably
formerly a shop window, with vertical glazing bars only. The
4-panel door has a top panel with radiating glazing bars, and
a moulded architrave and cornice. A later carriage entrance
has been formed from the end bay on the south.
INTERIOR: not inspected, but said to have only one exposed
beam.
