C18 to early C19. 2 storeys. One of the only 2 tarred weatherboarded cottages now
remaining in Broadstairs. Renewed tiled roof, half-hipped on the right hand side.
2 sashes with verticals only and diamond panes. The right side elevation has 3
windows and a simple wooden porch.
