Southill Estate cottage. C18. Timber framed construction with colourwashed
roughcast render to exterior. Thatched roof. 2-room plan, one storey and
attics, with lower additional block to S gable end. E elevation: one 2-light
casement to ground floor, one eyebrow dormer with 2-light casement. 2 plank
doors. Red brick double ridge stack. N gable end has 2-light cast iron
lattice casement to ground floor, and 2-light casement to attic.
