Southill Estate cottage, formerly a pair. C18. Colourwashed roughcast over
timber frame. Thatched roof. 4-room plan, one storey and attics, gable end
to road. W elevation: ground floor has 4 2-light casements, 3 leaded, attic
has 2 eyebrow dormers with 2-light leaded casements. LA door now blocked, RH
part glazed door under open rustic trellis. One red brick ridge stack, 2 red
brick integral gable end stacks. Single storey outhouse to N, with 2 plank
doors and one window with paired round-headed leaded lights.
