Row of 4 Southill Estate cottages. Plaque: "W H W 1855". Yellow brick with
red brick dressings. Clay tile roof. 4-room plan in total, 2 storeys and
attics. 4 3-light windows to ground floor, 4 2-light windows to first floor,
4 gabled dormers to attic, all cast iron lattice casements. Central gabled
porch with pair of 4-centred arched doorways. Part-glazed doors. 2 multiple
ridge stacks. Gable ends have similar style single porches. Pierced
decorative bargeboards to porches and gable ends.
