Former inn, now 2 cottages. C18, altered early C19. Painted
roughcast over rubblestone, continuous plain tile roof with
brick stacks to the gable ends, pantile roof to a 2-storey
lean-to to the fronts. Formerly single-depth, possibly 2-unit
plan, extended by early C19 outshuts to double-depth plan. 2
storeys; each cottage is one-window range. Manoah, to the
left, has C20 windows and door. St Austell is in 2 parts; the
range to the left is exposed rubblestone with an early C19
forward framed 8/8-pane sash window at eaves level and a
planked door to the left, this was formerly a separate
cottage. The range to the right is painted render with a C19
two-light casement window to both floors and a planked door to
the left. To the rear first floor of both cottages are 4 C19
large sash windows with 12/8 panes to the assembly room of the
former inn. INTERIOR: Manoah has been altered.
