House and shop. Early C19 with later C19 rear wing. Timber-framed and plastered, red brick, slate roofs. L shaped plan. 3 storeys. S front elevation: framed and plastered, 3 window range, hipped roof. Ground floor has double fronted shop, central recessed doorway, house doorway to E. C19 shop windows and house door have reeded pilasters and brackets. House doorway has original 2 section overlight with glazing bas. Windows and door C20. Carriageway to W, rudimentary, now with steel joisting, appears to be enlarged from original shape. First and second floor windows have moulded architraves, sashes with glazing bars, 3x4 panes. Rear N elevation: street range above carriageway, first floor, 2 C20 2-light casement windows, second floor, C19 sash window, glazing bars, 3x4 panes. Heavy lateral stack at centre of range. Mid C19 2 storeyed brick wing to E of centre projects to N, hipped roof, central ridge stack. W elevation, ground floor, segment headed sash window 2x6 panes, one early C20 metal 4-light casement, first floor, two 3x4 paned sash windows. N end of wing, first floor, 3x4 paned sash window, ground floor, small C20 addition. Inner angle between front and rear units, 2 storeyed timber-framed stairway addition with C20 door and first floor casement window with glazing bars, 2x4 panes, also small C20 brick porch extension with light over.
