House and shop. Early C19. Of dark red Flemish-bond brickwork
with hipped C20 concrete pantiled roof behind plain parapet.
Of 3 storeys and 'L' plan form.
EXTERIOR: second floor has 3 double-hung sash windows with
rubbed brick arches and margin glazing. First floor has a
double-hung sash window with margin glazing, either side of a
tripartite double-hung sash window with segmental rubbed brick
arch over centre part and margin glazing. Ground floor has
entrance with semicircular brick arched head on impost blocks
enclosing fanlight. Door has 6 panels, the upper 4 with
moulded frames and lower 2 flush. C19 shop front with fascia,
blind box and 2 large panes with recessed entrance at head of
flight of steps. Large rectangular brick stack. INTERIOR not
inspected.
