Farmhouse, later C18. Coursed sandstone with quoins, slate roof with
gable copings and gable end chimneys in front of the ridge. Rectangular
double pile 2 bay plan. Two storeys; symmetrical; panelled door in
round-headed stone case with keystone and plain fanlight; two 16-paned
sashed windows and plain stone cases on each floor. Rear wall has
plain stone doorway and to right of this a flat-mullioned loomshop window
of 6 lights (2 in the centre blocked); at 1st floor a sashed window.
