House, now office. c1830. Rendered with limestone end stacks
and hipped slate roof. Double-depth plan. Late Georgian style.
2 storeys; 3-window range. A symmetrical front with pilasters
and a central glazed door with a leaded overlight. 12/12-pane
ground-floor and 8/8-pane first-floor sashes, with a central
semicircular-arched window in an arched recess. Deep boxed
eaves on paired scrolled brackets, and a fine tented verandah
on flat cast-iron piers. INTERIOR not inspected.
