Terrace of four houses. One lintel reads "WJR 1859". For Dye works company. Stucco with pebble-dash, and slate roof. Two storeys, six bays. Pebble-dash first floor with stucco strips to angles; wide eaves and verges. Windows have chamfered reveals and label moulds, those to first floor continuous. Three-light horizontally sliding sashes; ground floor of first bay, and sixth bay have casements. Entrances have label moulds, those to Nos. 17 and 20 to returns. No.18 has three-fielded-panel door, the panels vertical.
