Mid C18. Coursed rubble limestone with gritstone dressings, plain gables, end stone ridge stacks, Welsh slated roof. Three storeys, two bays, with two-light flush mullioned windows to first and second floors having C19 casements. Sash windows to south end of ground floor. C20 joinery to altered opening at north end. Coupled doorways to centre within C20 lean-to to porch with slated roof. Listed for group value only.
