C1830 stucco villa on lane to rear of No 61. A substantial 2 storey villa with
grounds to east and south. Three bay entrance front to east, at right angles
to lane: 2 storey shallow bows flanking entrance bay, revealed glazing bar
sashes. Pedimented pilastered doorway may be an alteration of C1840-50
Hipped slate roof with flat eaves corniced chimneys. South garden front of 3
widely spaced bays; ground floor channelled up to first floor sill band.
First floor has architrave framed glazing bar sashes, a coupled pair to right
hand; ground floor has marginal glazed French casements set in panels with
channelling struck as voussoirs to segmental arches. The red brick hipped roof
stable block adjoins the north side of the house linking with stable yard gate
piers on lane side: tall stucco piers set on plinths and with pediment and
accoteria caps.
