Late C18. Stone rubble partly painted with 1st and 2nd floors slate hung.
3 storeys. 4 sash windows, with glazing bars, in exposed cases. 2 multi-
pane bowed windows on ground floor. New slate roof, hipped.

All the listed buildings in The Cliff form a good group on the north side
of the harbour.
