Probably early C18. Cement washed stone rubble cottage with jettied 1st
floor now metal sheathed but originally tile hung. 2 storeys. 2 sash
windows, small with glazing bars on 1st floor. Glazed door. Left hand
side extension. Slate hipped roof which is cement washed at rear. Picturesque.

All the listed buildings in The Cliff form a good group on the north side
of the harbour.
