Early C19. Joint-lined rendered rubble cottage. 2 storeys. 2 windows,
sashes with glazing bars, rusticated architraves. Central panelled door
with narrow rectangular fanlight. Cement-washed slate roof. Included
for group value.

All the listed buildings in The Cliff form a good group on the north side
of the harbour.
