Early C19 cottage. Stone rubble. 2 storeys. 2 windows, sashes with
glazing bars and rusticated rendered architraves. Steps up to central
door with plain rectangular fanlight. Cement-Washed slate roof. Included
for group value.
All the listed buildings in The Cliff form a good group on the north side
of the harbour.
