Farmhouse, now house. Dated 1817 with late C19 or early C20 addition. Roughly
coursed slate-stone with alternating granite angle quoins and dressings; slate
roof. 2 storeys. Slightly irregular 3-window front, C20 casements with wood
lintels to first floor and similar casements to ground floor in early Cl9
segmental-headed openings with voussoirs and projecting keystones. Roughly
central 6-panel door (uper panels glazed). Integral granite end stack with
dripstone to right. Initials and date "PEM/1817" scratched on stone to right
gable end.
Interior: Right ground-floor room has large open granite fireplace with
chamfered wood lintel and panelled wall cupboard to left. Late C19/early
C20 two-storey addition to left is not of special architectural interest.
