Statue. 1912. By Henry Poole. Pennant, granite, limestone
ashlar and bronze. 3 Pennant steps to a moulded granite base,
square ashlar plinth with a moulded base with shells to front
and back, panelled sides with Royal arms to front and City
arms to back, and bronze figure in imperial robes. A fine work
by a notable sculptor of the period.
