Library. C18 or earlier. Front stuccoed in early C19 and
incised to imitate masonry. Tiled roof with central brick
chimneystack. Right side has two 16-pane sashes in moulded
architraves. Left side has 3-light canted bay C19 shopfronts.
Rear elevation has C19 stuccoed wing.
