2 houses, now offices, and attached steps and railings. c1820,
with mid C19 and late C20 alterations. Painted stucco with
rusticated ground floor and basement, hipped and gabled slate
roof with single coped gable and gable stack. Ground floor and
first-floor sill bands, renewed wooden gutter. 3 storeys plus
basement; 3-window range of plain sashes with panels below
them, and above, 3 smaller plain sashes. Ground floor has to
left a wooden doorcase with Tuscan columns and dentillated
pediment, and panelled recess with 4-panel door and fanlight.
To right, 2 late C20 windows. Basement has 2 similar windows.
Outside, stone steps with patterned wrought-iron balustrades
and mainly renewed area railings with original gate.
