GV II

House. Early C19. Elvan ashlar front with granite dressings
including lintels; grouted scantle slate roof with brick end
stacks, right-hand stack rebuilt C20. Shallow-depth plan. 2
storeys; symmetrical 3-window front. Original 16-pane hornless
sashes; central doorway with C20 glazed door. INTERIOR not
inspected. Subsidiary features: rubble side walls to front
garden and granite ashlar plinth along the front and central
gateway with round-headed granite gate piers.
