House, now offices. Late C18, with late C19 and late C20
alterations. Brick with ashlar dressings and slate roof with
single gable stack. Chamfered quoins, sill bands, modillion
wooden eaves. 3 storeys plus attics; 2-window range of 12-pane
sashes with splayed lintels. Above, two 9-pane sashes and
above again, two box dormers with 2-light glazing bar
casements. Below, to left, a wooden doorcase with Doric
columns and dentillated pediment, with rounded arched opening
and fanlight. Recessed late C20 door. To right, late C19
wooden shop front with pilasters and curved brackets to
entablature. C20 half-glazed folding doors.
