Pair of houses. Early C18. Timber-framed with C19 brick skin.
Pantile roof. 2 storeys. C20 plank doors right and left
separated by one 2-light and two 3-light C19 casements under
segmental heads. Four 3-light casements to first floor under
straight heads. Gabled roof with central ridge stack. Large
C20 catslide extension to rear. INTERIOR. Chamfered bridging
beams to ground-floor front with run-out stops. Timber studs
to original rear wall of thin scantling. Front wall studs with
tension braces at corners. Jowled principal studs.
