Former outbuilding to Hugh Myddelton Schools. c.1892. Yellow
brick set in Flemish bond, with dressings of red brick, render
and stucco, roof of tiles. Two storeys, seven-window range.
All-but-symmetrical six bays to yard, the two outer bays
projecting slightly under gables, the central bay with paired
full dormers; staircase bay of one-window range to right.
Flat-arched entrance to either end, all windows flat-arched
with heads of gauged red brick and red brick dressings,
casement windows with mullions and transoms; the two central
first-floor windows recessed under elliptical arches in full
dormers with coped gables and ball finials; first-floor
windows to left bay and penultimate right bay have decorative
plaster heads set in an open pedimented gable with rendered
tympanum; ventilators to ridge. The elevation to Sans Walk is
broadly similar but of five bays, with chimneybreasts in the
blank bays.
