House. c1830. Brick; hipped slate roof with brick end stacks.
2-unit plan. Georgian style. 2 storeys; symmetrical 2-window
range. Plain eaves. Round-headed entrance has doorcase with
reeded pilasters and bracketed open pediment, blind fanlight,
6-panel door. Segmental-headed windows have sills and 16-pane
sashes. Rear has gabled wing with end stack and 2-storey
lean-to outshut with tile roof; 2-light casements.
