Town house, now 2 houses. Early C19 with later alterations.
Brick with stucco front; low pitched hipped asbestos tile roof
with rear brick lateral stack. Georgian style. 2 storeys;
symmetrical 3-window range with later single-window range to
right. Moulded stucco plinth and top frieze and cornice.
Entrance has Tuscan aedicule and overlight with decorative
glazing bars to 2-fielded-panel door; entrance to right end
has overlight to C20 door. Windows have sills and 16-pane
sashes to ground floor, 12-pane sashes, one horned, to 1st
floor. Returns have modillioned brick cornice, left return has
late C19 two-storey canted bay window with French window and
small-paned casements.
